3. What your browser sends

To display this page, your browser sends technical information to our web server: the IP address of your device, the page requested, and the browser and operating system your device reports. This is unavoidable for any website.

Our web server is configured not to write access logs. This information is processed only for as long as it takes to deliver the page and is not stored, not aggregated and not used to identify or recognize visitors. Diagnostic messages may briefly contain technical data where an error occurs.

The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH on servers located in Germany.

Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. If you email us

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to carry out any engagement that follows from it.

We keep business correspondence for as long as it is needed for the matter concerned and for as long as applicable commercial and tax record-keeping rules require. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted once they are no longer relevant.

Email is not a secure medium. Please do not send confidential documents or personal data of third parties by unencrypted email — we will agree a secure route with you before any such exchange.

5. Who else sees this data

Our hosting provider operates the server on our behalf under a data processing agreement and may process technical connection data in the course of doing so. Our email provider processes messages you send us. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not transfer it to anyone else except where we are legally required to.

6. International transfers

Adoption-X AI Technologies LLC is established in the United States. If you contact us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your data may be processed in the United States. Where required, such transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another recognized transfer mechanism.

7. Your rights

If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@adoption-x.ai.

8. Children

This website is directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the website or our processing changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
